After a successful career on the culinary side of the F&B industry, I found my way into the food safety and compliance side by way of contract foodservice in higher education. I am a subject matter expert in food safety, COVID-19 safety, occupational safety, sanitation/ pest control & workplace wellness - safety is a universal tool that can be used to protect teams, guests and spaces. My belief is that safety is a value and can be communicated effectively across all levels, from senior leadership to front line employees, to achieve successful outcomes.
